Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges under specific conditions. If you need to exchange an item, the following must be met:

Exchange Period: The exchange must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Item Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition, complete with the price tag attached.
Proof of Purchase: Please present the original receipt as proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.

Online Orders

For online orders, all sales are final. Exchanges will be made only within 14 days of purchase. You may return items in person. Please note that we will not be responsible for shipping items back to us for exchanges.
